Call it a strange coincidence, but after taking a good look at the game box for Mercenaries 2 (which has been empty and sitting atop my 360 since I've been playing the game consistently since its release) Mattias from Mercenaries 2 bears a striking resemblance to the internet's most popular dance music-loving Norsemen, the Techno Viking. Check out the video below that made this guy a shirtless sensation on YouTube if you've never heard of him.
We've been noticing more of these undeniable resemblances on video game box art lately. Just look at the cover of Alone in the Dark and tell us that doesn't look like Keeanu Reeves. Eerie cover art conspiracy or is there a box art designer out there who loves his Techno Viking as much as his Keeanu flicks?
